Reversed Rule of Law in the Creation, Interpretation and Application of Law in Poland: Methods and Consequences
The latest volume in the Studies of the Central European Professors' Network series, Reversed Rule of Law in the Creation, Interpretation and Application of Law in Poland: Methods and Consequences, edited by Mariusz Muszyński, has been published.
The book aims to demonstrate the previous understanding of the rule of law from national, international and EU perspectives, and to compare this with today's understanding of the concept.
Megjelent a „Közép-európai Professzori Hálózat tanulmányai” sorozat legújabb kötete, amelynek címe: „A jogállamiság fordított értelmezése a jogalkotásban, a jogértelmezésben és a jogalkalmazásban Lengyelországban: módszerek és következmények”, szerkesztette: Mariusz Muszyński.
A könyv célja, hogy bemutassa a jogállamiság korábbi értelmezését nemzeti, nemzetközi és uniós szempontból, és ezt összehasonlítsa a fogalom mai értelmezésével.

Dr. Enikő Krajnyák is this year’s winner of the René Cassin Thesis Prize
The head of the Academy’s Institute for Human Rights and European Law, Dr. Enikő Krajnyák, has won the René Cassin Institute’s thesis prize in Strasbourg for her English-language PhD dissertation. The prestigious award is given to the author of the best English-or French-language doctoral dissertation of outstanding scientific quality in the field of international human rights.

Az Akadémia Emberi Jogi és Európajogi Intézetének vezetője, Dr. Krajnyák Enikő nyerte a strasbourgi René Cassin Intézet doktori disszertációs díját, angol nyelven készült PhD-munkájával. The 40th issue of the Journal of Agricultural and Environmental Law was published
The primary focus of issue no. 40 of the Journal of Agricultural and Environmental Law is environmental liability, examined through a wide range of legal perspectives: constitutional foundations of environmental protection, civil liability and environmental remedies, substantive aspects of administrative liability in environmental protection.
