PHSF Accountability of Constitutional State Organs
The conference aimed to provide a broad framework for reflection on the accountability of constitutional state organs in the context of Poland’s rule of law crisis. Its task was not only to present different legal regimes – constitutional, criminal, administrative, disciplinary, and international – but also to assess whether in practice they truly served the protection of the state and its citizens.

A konferencia célja az volt, hogy átfogó keretet biztosítson az alkotmányos állami szervek elszámoltathatóságáról szóló gondolkodáshoz a lengyel jogállamisági válság kontextusában. Feladata nem csupán a különböző jogi rendszerek – az alkotmányos, a büntetőjogi, a közigazgatási, a fegyelmi és a nemzetközi – bemutatása volt, hanem annak értékelése is, hogy a gyakorlatban valóban szolgálják-e az állam és polgárai védelmét.

Human Rights Days II
Human Rights Days II was the second annual international human rights conference organised by the Central European Academy of the University of Miskolc. The opening conference, held in 2025, marked the 75th anniversary of the adoption of the European Convention on Human Rights in Rome.

A „Human Rights Days II” a Miskolci Egyetem Közép-európai Akadémiája által szervezett nemzetközi emberi jogi konferencia volt. A 2025-ben megrendezett nyitókonferencia az Európai Emberi Jogi Egyezmény Rómában történt elfogadásának 75. évfordulóját ünnepelte.

VI CEA UM Supervisors’ Workshop
The SUP Workshop will be held on May 7–8. During the sessions, PhD students will have the opportunity to present their ongoing research, outlining their progress, preliminary findings, and future objectives. Panel supervisors, along with fellow students, will provide constructive feedback, insights, and suggestions.

A SUP Wokrshop május 7–8-án kerül megrendezésre. Az esemény során a doktoranduszok bemutathatják folyamatban lévő kutatásaikat, ismertetve az eddigi eredményeket, az előzetes megállapításokat és a jövőbeli célokat. A témavezetők és a többi hallgató konstruktív visszajelzéseket, észrevételeket és javaslatokat fognak adni.
