The Oxford Debate 2025
This year, the Criminal Procedure Scientific Circle, together with the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, held the Oxford Debate for the fifth time, entitled: “Accountability of Constitutional State Bodies in the Context of the Rule of Law Crisis.” The event took place on December 11.

Human Rights – Children’s Rights könyvsorozatot hivatalosan is bemutatásra került
During the Children’s Rights Days conference, six recently published volumes from the Human Rights – Children’s Rights book series were formally presented. The books address contemporary theoretical and practical challenges related to children’s rights through interdisciplinary and comparative perspectives, drawing on legal, social, and educational research. A Gyermekjogi Napok konferencia keretében hat, nemrég megjelent kötetet mutattak be a Human Rights – Children’s Rights könyvsorozatból. A könyvek interdiszciplináris és összehasonlító szemszögből foglalkoznak a gyermekjogokkal kapcsolatos kortárs elméleti és gyakorlati kihívásokkal, jogi, társadalmi és oktatási kutatásokra támaszkodva. The aim of the conference is to present the various models of recognition of foreign documents and decisions of foreign courts. The researchers will address the issues arising from domestic law and the rules of international and EU law in this regard.
