The latest volume in the Studies of the Central European Professors' Network series, Reversed Rule of Law in the Creation, Interpretation and Application of Law in Poland: Methods and Consequences, edited by Mariusz Muszyński, has been published.
The book aims to demonstrate the previous understanding of the rule of law from national, international and EU perspectives, and to compare this with today's understanding of the concept.
